New York Firefighter Helmet Patriotic Limoges Box

A New York firefighter's helmet, decorated with a patriotic theme, honors the courage of those who run toward danger. This hand-painted Limoges box was made in Limoges, France, as a tribute in porcelain.

Bravest of the Brave

New York firefighters are often called the Bravest, and their helmets have become a symbol of service far beyond the city. Pairing that helmet with a patriotic theme gives this piece a quiet sense of pride and remembrance. Since it is painted by hand, small details differ from box to box.

Honoring Service

Give it to a firefighter at graduation from the academy, a promotion to lieutenant or captain, or retirement after years on the job. It is also a thoughtful thank-you for a fire company, a firehouse volunteer, or a family with a firefighter at home. Display it on an office shelf, a mantel beside service photos, or a desk at the station.
