Rochard Babar the Elephant Hand-Painted Limoges Box

Babar, the gentle elephant king from the beloved French picture books, steps into porcelain in this Rochard Limoges box. The character is modeled and painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Long Live the Elephant King

For generations, Babar has charmed readers with his tales of Celesteville and his royal elephant family. Rochard brings that storybook character into a piece that feels right at home among other French treasures, and the hand-painted finish gives each box its own character.
