Rochard Bald Eagle Limoges Box with Removable Flag

A bald eagle keeps watch with an American flag that lifts away, a proud emblem of the nation in porcelain. Rochard created this Limoges box, and the eagle and flag were both painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Wings of Freedom

The bald eagle has been the national bird since the earliest days of the republic, and it still stands for strength and liberty. Here the eagle forms the box, and the removable flag adds a second piece that completes the patriotic picture.

Where the Eagle Lands

Set it on a home office desk, a den bookcase or a mantel with family service photos. It makes a fitting present for a veteran, a retiring police officer or firefighter, an Eagle Scout, or a new citizen, and it looks right on display for the Fourth of July and Veterans Day.

The Americana Lineup

• A Rochard patriotic design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Fits a patriotic, eagle or Americana collection
• Pairs with the Stars and Stripes flag and Liberty Bell boxes

Removable accents like the flag are one of the touches Rochard collectors look for. Keep the flag with the eagle so the piece stays complete.
