Blue Flower Bulb with Bee Hand-Painted Limoges Box
A blue flower bulb, plump with the promise of spring, gets a visit from a busy bee in this garden-inspired porcelain box. It was painted by hand in Limoges, France, as a medium sized Limoges box that celebrates the moment just before a bloom opens.
Planted in Promise
Bulbs are the gardener's leap of faith, tucked into cold soil in autumn and remembered only when green shoots appear. This piece honors that hopeful moment, with the bee hinting at the flowers still to come.

Before the First Bloom
Place it on a windowsill, a potting bench shelf indoors or a kitchen counter in late winter as a reminder that spring is near. It makes a thoughtful present for a gardener, a beekeeper, a garden club member, or a friend starting fresh after a hard season.
Bees and bulbs are a natural pairing on a garden shelf, and the blue coloring gives this piece a cool, calming accent among warmer floral boxes. It also suits a beekeeper's kitchen, where honey jars line the counter.
