Blue Square Limoges Box with Ladybug
A bright ladybug has landed on a blue square porcelain box, ready to bring a little good luck wherever it settles. It is a hand-painted Limoges box made in Limoges, France, with a simple shape that keeps all eyes on the bug.
Luck on Six Legs
In many traditions a ladybug landing on you means good fortune is on the way. That old belief has made the little beetle one of the most loved insects in art and folklore. Here it sits on a clean blue square, a calm backdrop that makes the ladybug pop.
