Rochard Brown and Tan Chihuahua Porcelain Limoges Box

Big eyes, alert ears and a tiny frame with an outsized attitude: the chihuahua leaves an impression. This brown and tan chihuahua is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box by Rochard, made in Limoges, France.

Small Dog, Big Personality

The chihuahua takes its name from a state in Mexico and holds the title of the world's smallest breed. What it lacks in size it makes up in loyalty, often choosing one favorite person and sticking close. The brown and tan coloring here is one of the classic looks for the breed.

Top Dog of the Toy Group

• A Rochard dog piece, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Belongs in a toy breed or dog breed collection
• Pairs well with pug, dachshund and Yorkie boxes

Lap Dog Spot on the Desk

Set it on a desk, a nightstand or a shelf beside a framed photo of your own pint-sized pal. It makes a happy birthday present for a chihuahua owner, a thank-you for a pet sitter, and a gentle memorial for a little dog who left big pawprints behind.
