Chicken Turkey Roaster Cooker Porcelain Limoges Box

A covered roaster sits ready on the stove, a chicken or turkey cooking inside for the evening meal. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France, celebrates the comfort of home cooking.

Supper Is Almost Ready

The roasting pan is a workhorse of the family kitchen, and this porcelain version gives it a place of honor. Painted entirely by hand, its colors and details differ subtly from one roaster to the next.

Who Runs the Kitchen

• The mother or grandmother whose roast chicken is legendary
• A friend who just hosted their first holiday dinner
• A home cook, chef or caterer who loves kitchen themed pieces

Kitchen Counter Companions

Set it on a kitchen shelf beside cookbooks, on a windowsill above the sink or on a sideboard during holiday gatherings. It groups well with other cookware and food pieces, such as teapots, pies and recipe books, building a cozy kitchen collection that grows a piece at a time. This is hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France, and it carries the warm smell of Sunday supper in spirit, if not in fact.
