Christmas Shopping Bag Hand-Painted Limoges Box
A Christmas shopping bag, the happy result of an afternoon spent in the holiday rush, becomes a festive porcelain box. Painted by hand in Limoges, France, it captures the season's gift-giving spirit.
Checking the List Twice
Every December brings that satisfying moment when the shopping is done and the bags line up by the door. This piece captures the cheer of crowded sidewalks, window displays and twinkling lights downtown, all wrapped into one small holiday souvenir. It is the kind of scene that brings back the smell of roasted chestnuts and the sound of carolers on the corner.

For the Holiday Shopper
Give it to the friend who finishes Christmas shopping by Thanksgiving, a boutique owner celebrating the busy season, or anyone who enjoys strolling Christmas markets. It is a cheerful choice for a holiday party exchange or a December birthday.
Set it on a mantel, an entry table or under the tree, and bring it out year after year when the decorations come down from the attic.
