Rochard Giraffe Porcelain Limoges Box

A giraffe, all long neck and graceful legs, stands tall on this Rochard Limoges box. It was hand-painted in Limoges, France, and brings a touch of the African savanna to the shelf.

Head Above the Acacias

The tallest animal on earth, the giraffe browses on treetops other animals cannot reach, and its patchwork coat is as unique as a fingerprint. Rochard celebrates that unmistakable silhouette here, making the giraffe the star of its own little box.

On Safari

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Fits a wildlife, safari or Africa themed collection
• Pairs with elephant, lion, zebra and hippo boxes

Standing Tall

Set it on a bookshelf, a desk or a safari-themed display where its height can be appreciated. It makes a fun present for someone back from a Kenyan safari, a zoo volunteer, a wildlife photographer, or a tall friend who loves a good joke. A giraffe also stands for reaching high, which makes it a thoughtful pick for a graduation or a promotion.

Rochard's wild animal series is a favorite among collectors, and the giraffe is one of its most recognizable figures.
