Floral Grand Piano and Bench Limoges Box by Rochard

A grand piano dressed in a floral pattern, with its own little porcelain bench, sets the stage for a recital in miniature. Rochard modeled the set as a Limoges box and painted it by hand in Limoges, France.

Concert in Bloom

The grand piano is the centerpiece of every concert hall, and Rochard gave this one a garden of flowers across its body. The matching bench makes the scene complete, as though the pianist has just stepped away. Each part is brushed by hand, so the flowers vary slightly from one piano to the next.
