Ladybug on a Half Lemon Limoges Box
A ladybug has landed on half a lemon, a bright little scene that feels like a summer afternoon on a Provence terrace. This is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box made in Limoges, France, pairing two of the sunniest subjects in the garden.
When Life Hands You Lemons
Lemons have stood for freshness and good cheer for centuries, and ladybugs are said to bring good luck to wherever they land. Putting the two together makes a lighthearted piece that brightens a kitchen on even the grayest day.

Sunny Kitchens and Lucky Days
Set it on a kitchen windowsill, a breakfast table or a shelf above the coffee maker. It makes a cheerful housewarming present for a home with a yellow kitchen, a good luck token before a big move, or a thank-you for a friend who makes the best lemonade on the block. Gardeners who welcome ladybugs as natural helpers will appreciate the nod, and it suits a Mediterranean or Amalfi coast themed room.
