Smiling Happy Cat Limoges Box by Rochard

A happy cat with a big contented smile is the star of this cheerful porcelain box. Rochard modeled the kitty and painted it by hand in Limoges, France.

The Cat That Got the Cream

Every cat owner knows the look of a cat who is perfectly pleased with the world, usually right after a nap in a sunbeam. Rochard captured that mood in a small piece that is sure to make people grin. Each face is brushed by hand, so every cat carries its own expression.

Purring on the Windowsill

Set it on a sunny windowsill, a bedside table, or a bookshelf where the real cat likes to nap. It makes a fun present for a new cat parent, a shelter volunteer, a veterinarian's office, or a friend whose cat runs the household. It is also a gentle remembrance for someone missing a beloved pet, a reminder of the happy years together. Anyone who keeps a small menagerie of feline figures will find this one fits right in among them.
