Happy Rabbit with Little Mouse Limoges Figurine Box
A happy rabbit shares its spot with a tiny mouse in this figurine box, two unlikely friends painted side by side. It is hand-painted porcelain, modeled and decorated in Limoges, France.
Friends of Every Size
The charm here comes from the difference in scale. The rabbit is all grin and big ears, while the mouse is small enough to overlook at first. Once you notice it, the pair reads like a story about friendship that does not depend on being alike.
A Burrow Worth Sharing
This makes a fine present to mark a long friendship, a reunion, or a birthday for someone who always makes room at the table. It also suits a teacher, a mentor or anyone known for looking after the little guy.
Gathering the Garden Crowd
- Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
- Fits a rabbit, mouse or animal friendship collection
- Pairs with other woodland creatures, garden scenes and spring pieces
On a shelf it works best where people stand close enough to spot the mouse. A bedside table, a reading nook or the front edge of a curio cabinet all give it that chance. Many rabbit collectors look for pieces that show their favorite animal in company, and this cheerful pair answers that wish nicely while adding a mouse to the mix.
