Rochard Heart Limoges Box Made Without a Hinge
A simple heart, smooth and unbroken because it is made without a hinge, makes this Rochard piece as clean in outline as a valentine cut from paper. It is hand-painted Rochard porcelain from Limoges, France.
All Heart, No Hinge
Most Limoges boxes open on a small metal mount, but this one skips the hardware, so the heart shape reads clearly from every angle. That makes it a quiet, sculptural choice for anyone who prefers a pure silhouette. Rochard is one of the best-known names in modern Limoges, and its painters bring a confident hand to even the simplest forms.

From Sweetheart to Silver Anniversary
A heart suits nearly every chapter of a love story: a first Valentine's Day, an engagement, a wedding morning or a twenty fifth anniversary. It also works as a gentle thank you to a mother, a sister or a close friend. Set it on a vanity beside a ring dish, on a nightstand, or in a curio cabinet among other Rochard pieces, where its unbroken outline stands out among the many hinged boxes.
