King Kong New York Tower Hand-Painted Limoges Box

The giant ape clings to the top of a New York tower, a scene that has thrilled audiences since the 1930s. This hand-painted Limoges box brings that larger-than-life moment down to tabletop size, full of drama and color.

High Above Manhattan

Few images say New York like a skyscraper rising above the city, and few legends are bigger than King Kong. Together they make a striking centerpiece for anyone who loves the Manhattan skyline, classic films or the golden age of Hollywood. At this price level it is a showpiece, meant to be the first thing guests notice in a cabinet.

Skyline Showpiece

• Hand-painted Limoges porcelain made in France
• King Kong perched at the top of a New York tower
• Rich color and fine detail from base to summit

A Gift for New Yorkers

Give it to a native New Yorker, a fan of classic monster movies, or someone celebrating a new job in the city. It sits well beside the Statue of Liberty, a yellow taxi or a Broadway theater piece in a collection of American landmarks.

Porcelain Heritage

Limoges has produced fine porcelain since the late 1700s, and its kaolin clay gives pieces like this their strength and bright white body.
