Baby Ladybug and Parent Limoges Box by Rochard

A ladybug and her little one travel together in this sweet garden piece. Both bugs share one Rochard Limoges box, sculpted in porcelain and colored by hand in Limoges, France.

Little Spots of Luck

Ladybugs have stood for good fortune in many parts of the world, and gardeners welcome them as tiny helpers among the roses. Pairing a parent with a baby adds a family touch to that lucky symbol. Each bug is painted by hand, so the spots and shading differ slightly from piece to piece.

Welcome, Little One

The parent and baby theme makes this a natural choice for a baby shower, a gender reveal party, or a new grandmother's first visit. It also suits a gardener who loves the beneficial bugs in her beds, or a friend who could use a little luck. Set it on a dresser, a kitchen windowsill, or a curio shelf with other garden creatures, and bring it out each spring when the real ladybugs return.
