Pink Striped Shaped Limoges Box with Flowers

Pink stripes and painted flowers come together on this shaped porcelain box, a cheerful design that feels like a summer dress or a candy-striped awning. It is a Limoges box that was hand-painted in Limoges, France.

Candy Stripes and Petals

Stripes bring a playful rhythm, and flowers soften it, so the overall effect is sweet but never sugary. The pink palette recalls strawberry ice cream, peonies and seaside cabanas. Its shaped form sets it apart from the usual squares and rounds on a shelf.

Pink Shelf Partners

• Hand-painted on porcelain in Limoges, France
• Fits a pink, striped or floral collection
• Pairs nicely with the pink striped needle case and pink floral oval

Ribbons, Showers and Birthdays

It is a lovely present for a bridal shower, a sixteenth birthday, Mother's Day, or a thank-you for a friend whose favorite color is pink. Place it on a vanity, a bedroom shelf or a bathroom counter where its brightness can lift the morning routine. Grouped with other pink pieces, it adds a lively striped note among the solid florals and keeps the display from looking too uniform.
