Refrigerator Miniature Limoges Box

A classic kitchen refrigerator, scaled down and rendered in porcelain, makes this Limoges box a fun piece of everyday life. It is hand-painted in Limoges, France, as a miniature replica rather than an appliance.

The Heart of the Kitchen

The refrigerator is where the family gathers, where grocery lists and photos get pinned with magnets, and where midnight snacks are hunted. Turning it into a Limoges box gives that familiar centerpiece of home a playful, collectible twist.

Stocking the Miniature Kitchen

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• Fits a kitchen, home or appliance miniature collection
• Pairs with stoves, teapots, mixers and food shapes

Cool Ideas for Giving

It makes a clever housewarming present, a kitchen remodel celebration, or a thank you for the friend who always has the fridge stocked for guests. Chefs, caterers, appliance dealers and anyone who just bought their first home will enjoy it.

Put it on an open kitchen shelf, a windowsill above the sink, or a curio among other home pieces. Collectors who build porcelain kitchens often look for appliances to fill out the scene, and a refrigerator brings it all together, ready for a tiny pie or a cake box to sit beside it.
