Brown Shih Tzu Dog Limoges Box by Rochard

Here is a brown Shih Tzu, warm in color and full of personality, with the long coat and pushed-in nose that make the breed so easy to love. Rochard shaped it as a small porcelain box and had it painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Chocolate and Honey Tones

Brown Shih Tzus range from liver to honey gold, and this dog wears that warmer coat with charm. Painters build the fur in thin strokes and shading, so the finished box has depth when the light hits it. It is the companion to the grey Shih Tzu in the same Rochard family, and the two make a sweet pair side by side.

Fur on Every Sweater

Give it to the friend whose brown Shih Tzu rides along on every errand, to a dog groomer, or to a breeder celebrating a new litter. Owners who have lost a beloved little dog often keep a piece like this on a dresser as a gentle reminder. It looks right at home on a bedside table, a vanity or a sunny windowsill where a real Shih Tzu might nap.
