Rochard Sweet 16 Birthday Cake Limoges Box

Sweet Sixteen only comes once, and this Rochard Limoges box turns the birthday cake into a keepsake that never goes stale. It is porcelain shaped as a celebration cake, painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Sixteen Candles Worth

For many families, the sixteenth birthday is one of the big ones, a step closer to a driver's license and a little more independence. Parties come and go, but this cake is meant to stay. It gives the birthday girl or boy something to set on a dresser and look back on years later.

The Cake That Stays

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• A porcelain birthday cake for a sixteenth birthday
• Fits a birthday, celebration or milestone collection

From Party Table to Dresser Top

Set it on the gift table at the party, then let it move to a bedroom shelf beside photos from the big day. It makes a thoughtful present from grandparents, aunts, uncles or godparents who want to give something more lasting than a gift card. Collectors of dessert and celebration pieces also like it as part of a birthday themed shelf. Sweet Sixteen is a rite of passage, and this cake marks it with a little ceremony.
