Colorful Deco Egg Limoges Box

Bursting with bright color in a deco inspired design, this egg is the life of the party in any collection. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box made in Limoges, France, and the top half lifts away as the lid.

Jazz Age Jubilee

Deco style grew out of the 1920s and 1930s, when bold color and confident pattern were everywhere from ocean liners to movie palaces. This egg takes that spirit and wraps it around a classic shape. The colors are painted by hand in Limoges, so the pattern shifts a little from one egg to the next.

On a spring table it also brings a modern twist to the classic Easter egg tradition.
