Orange and Blue Egg Hand-Painted Limoges Box

Bold orange and blue meet on this snazzy porcelain egg, a striking pairing that turns a classic shape into something modern and lively. It was painted by hand in Limoges, France, as an egg-shaped Limoges box with real personality.

Opposites Attract

Orange and blue sit across from each other on the color wheel, so each one makes the other look brighter. The result is an egg that stands out instantly among pastel spring pieces and traditional florals.

Team Colors on the Shelf

Set it on a desk, a bookshelf or a contemporary mantel where its colors can shine. It makes a fun present for a sports fan whose team wears orange and blue, a graduate of a school with those colors, or a friend who prefers bold design over soft pastels.

Fired at High Heat

Hard-paste porcelain from Limoges is fired at very high temperatures, giving it a bright white body that makes strong colors like these look vivid.
