Large White Daisy and Ladybug Hand-Painted Limoges Box
A wide white daisy opens into a full porcelain box here, with a bright ladybug paying a visit to the bloom. It is hand-painted porcelain, made in Limoges, France, and shaped so the flower itself forms the box.
He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not
Daisies are the flower of meadow walks and petal-plucking games, and this one is sized as a large bloom. The ladybug adds a pop of contrast against the white petals and gives the eye somewhere to land.
Petals for the Garden Shelf
- Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
- Suits a flower, garden or insect themed grouping
- Looks fresh next to bee, butterfly and watering can boxes
A Bloom That Never Wilts
Set it on a sunny windowsill, a bathroom vanity or a bedside table where real flowers would fade within a week. It makes a cheerful spring birthday present, a thank-you for a friend who keeps a cutting garden, or a small Mother's Day surprise.
Ladybugs have long been seen as a sign of good luck, which gives the piece a second meaning for anyone starting something new.
